A closed-loop system will cover market positioning, developing your "niche," strategy selection, and client feedback techniques.
Measuring the impact of program services is a challenge for many nonprofits, however, foundations and corporations increasingly are asking grantees to produce outcome information that is more than the measure of output (e.g. how many served). This workshop will assist participants to begin to connect service delivery process with measurable outcomes, a step beyond measuring/reporting program outputs. Participants will gain information regarding the steps and tools needed to design, collect, and analyze program outcomes using a model that can be applied to many types of programs and services.
