Professional Background:  Harold Goodearle is a Senior Associate at Management and Personnel Systems, a small Industrial/Organizational Psychology consulting firm in Bellaire, Texas.  In this capacity, he has provided Psychological testing and assessment services for selection and promotion of personnel of petrochemical, services, and manufacturing clients in the U.S.   Harold holds a M.S. and Ph.D. degree in Organizational Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology at Los Angeles and a B.A. from the University of St. Thomas, in Houston.   Harold was born and has lived most of his life in Houston.  Harold also volunteers in other areas, most significantly as a Little League Coach of his son’s team’s, Memorial Hospital, and The Turning Point.   ESCH Experience:  Harold recently joined ESCH and “looks forward to some rewarding experiences” in working nonprofits through training and/or management consultation services.  Harold’s particular areas of expertise are: general Organization Development interventions, Training and Development, and Employee Selection/Promotion testing and assessment, and Change Management.
