Professional Background:  Paul Cuneo retired from Shell Oil Co. in 2002 after a 33 year career.   In Paul’s last position, he was Chief Information Officer for Shell Oil Products Company.  In this position he was responsible for all Information Technology for the company and reported to the CEO.   Paul holds a Chemical and Petroleum Refining Engineer degree from Colorado School of Mines.  Paul has lived in Houston since 1990. In addition to volunteering at ESCH, Paul volunteers with Between Jobs Ministry at Northwest Bible Church where he is a Deacon, and serves on the Bilma PUD Board.

ESCH Experience:  Paul joined ESCH in 2005 and since then has helped more than 10 nonprofits through training and/or management consultation services. Paul is an ESCH Board Trustee and chairs ESCH's Project Coordination Team. Some of his recent clients and projects include:   Alliance for Multicultural Services, an organization that provides help for new immigrants requested help with their website.  In conjunction with MIS students from UH, Paul helped them define the changes to be made and then supported another ESCH consultant who is implementing a new website. Paul has helped a half-dozen nonprofit executive directors develop leadership skills through ESCH's Coaching program Paul coordinates with Marathon Oil Co. to host an annual seminar series to build capacity in Executive Directors of non-profit organizations.  Speakers are from both Marathon Oil and ESCH  .
